Rising Leaders Roundtable: How to Lead Equity and Inclusion Conversations

Many people find having conversations about race, ethnicity, equity and inclusion to be challenging. Join the Maryland Philanthropy Network’s Rising Leaders for a session to discuss how to more effectively have conversations about racial and ethnic equity and inclusion. We will focus on how to embed these principles within your organization and advance them through your organization’s work. Our workshop leaders will be Steph Schreckinger, Program Associate, Learning and Capacity Building, Bill Buckner, Director, Learning and Capacity Building, and Angelique Kedem, Senior Associate, Equity and Inclusion, from the Annie E. Casey Foundation.

Maryland Philanthropy Network members that identify as new to philanthropy, new to their philanthropic role, or looking for professional development, peer engagement, or mentoring are encouraged to join.
