Please join the Maryland Philanthropy Network Rising Leaders for lunch to continue discussions about strategies that advance racial equity and support marginalized communities through Maryland grantmaking. This discussion will also include a review of a proposed racial equity accountability in grantmaking tool created by other rising leader members. There will be time reserved for an open discussion about additional topics.

Maryland Philanthropy Network members that identify as new to philanthropy, new to their philanthropic role, or looking for professional development, peer engagement, or mentoring are encouraged to join this discussion.
