Talking Shop: Executive Directors' Roundtable
In addition to conducting reviewing proposals, making site visits, supporting the Board of Directors and keeping up on the best practices for addressing community problems, many of Maryland Philanthropy Network's members are also managing the operations of small organizations by making personnel and benefits decisions, containing operations costs, and choosing vendors.
At Maryland Philanthropy Network we believe no one should have to re-invent the wheel with grantmaking or managing staff or balancing a budget so we invite executive directors to join Betsy Nelson and share their cost-savings victories and share approaches to operations and personnel dilemmas.
