Cultivating Innovation in Philanthropy: Reflections on AdNet 2025

In late March, three members of the Baltimore Community Foundation’s Development and Donor Services team traveled to Atlanta for AdNet 2025. This national conference gathers community foundation professionals from across the country, and offers a chance to connect, share knowledge, and explore new ideas shaping the field of philanthropy.

From thoughtful panel discussions to casual conversations over coffee, the team returned energized and full of fresh insights to bring back to their work in Baltimore. They shared take aways from the experience in a recent blog post.
