Howard Bank’s ‘Keep It Local’ small business contest returns
Howard Bank announced Tuesday it will host its “Keep It Local” contest for the second consecutive year to support small businesses in and around the Baltimore region. The goal is to recognize and support a local small business for its extraordinary work within its community. The contest is looking for small businesses to nominate themselves for a chance to win $10,000. The public is encouraged to help spread the word and will be able to participate in the subsequent voting rounds.
Eligible businesses can nominate themselves by filling out an online form at Howardbank.com/KeepItLocal. The applicant must provide an inspiring story about the business as well as an explanation regarding how the business has gone above and beyond for its community.
