Associated Black Charities is excited to announce its Teen Financial Literacy Summit, taking place on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at Towson University from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. This dynamic, free event is designed to equip young people aged 12-16, along with their adult guardians, with essential financial knowledge and skills for success in today’s world.

Presented by SECU, the summit will offer an exciting day filled with interactive workshops, expert-led sessions, and practical discussions on crucial financial topics such as entrepreneurship, budgeting, investing, employment, and philanthropy. The event will also feature the Malik’s First Job curriculum, developed by Kerwyn Phillip, MBA, focusing on key skills like job search techniques, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and managing assets and liabilities.
