Building on the momentum from the first in this 5-part series on impact investing, program 2 focuses on the local perspective using an impact investing ecosystem framework as the guide.
Through brief presentations with concrete examples and small group peer-led exercises, participants will explore the following topics:
· Recognizing the challenges and opportunities that can be addressed with impact investing
· Understanding the elements of a healthy impact investing ecosystem including your foundation's role and fit
· Employing practices to identify, encourage, support and build diverse, equitable and inclusive communities
· Identifying the resources you (and your community) need in order to move ahead
