Get to Know Your FAMLI

Please join Maryland Philanthropy Network in partnership with the Maryland Department of Labor for a webinar regarding Maryland Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI), a system going into effect in 2025 which will ensure workers are able to take time away from work to care for themselves or a family member while still receiving job protection and earning up to $1,000 a week for up to 12 weeks. The FAMLI Team within the Maryland Department of Labor is working to build the FAMLI system ahead of the contribution start date July 1, 2025, and when benefits become available on July 1, 2026.
