Salary Range: $80,000 with full benefits package
Reports to: VP of External Affairs

Because Baltimore City is at the heart of our work, travel within the City is required. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of the social dynamics impacting the City and of the historical system of oppression that influences views of the City. The ideal candidate will navigate the City and interact with its citizens with a sensitivity to these factors. BCYF provides a hybrid working environment that gives staff the flexibility to work remotely when not required for in-person meetings or tasks.

Requirements
BCYF, Inc. is searching for a dynamic and creative Creative Content Associate to support the organization’s storytelling and content creation efforts. This role will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality digital content that highlights BCYF’s programs, events, grantee initiatives, and community impact. The Creative Content Associate will play a key role in creating BCYF-owned media content, ensuring that all content aligns with the organization’s mission, values, and brand.

(Preference will be given to candidates with a proven track record of scaling a start-up nonprofit or philanthropic organization.) Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Digital Storytelling
- Actively capture high-quality photographs and videos at BCYF events, meetings, site visits, grantee programs, and community gatherings.
- Edit and produce engaging visual content for use across digital platforms, marketing materials, reports, and any other BCYF related materials.
Multimedia Production
- Oversee the planning, filming, and production of BCYF-owned media content, including, but not limited to, podcasts, video blogs, reels, and feature stories.
- Develop and execute grantee spotlight videos and interviews that showcase BCYF’s impact.
- Ensure all multimedia content aligns with BCYF’s brand identity and messaging strategy.
