The Seniors and Housing Collaborative (S & HC) convenes stakeholders to develop strategies and invest resources to advance equity and systems change to impact older adults and people with disabilities’ well-being in the greater Baltimore region with a focus on housing. There is a great deal of synergy between the members of the Aging Innovations Group and the Seniors & Housing Collaborative.
