We have spent a great deal of time in recent weeks connecting with our clients and friends who oversee endowments and foundations, listening to their concerns and offering counsel as we all navigate this pandemic and its impact on our communities.
The T. Rowe Price Foundation and nonprofit groups plan to open a center in downtown Baltimore to encourage entrepreneurship and financial health among low- and moderate-income residents.
In the last five to 10 years, it would seem as though Baltimore is finally emerging (at least economically) — from its slow, multi-decade decline.
The racial wealth gap has been a widely acknowledged phenomenon in the academic and policy realms for years, and has become an important issue in the run-up to the 2020 election.
