Baltimore Workforce Funders Collaborative Wage Record Study Debrief
The Baltimore Workforce Funders Collaborative (BWFC) Wage Record Study is an analysis of pre- and post-program employment and wages for individuals served by workforce development programs in the Baltimore Area. A collaborative housed at Maryland Philanthropy Network (MPN), the BWFC contracts with the Jacob France Institute at the University of Baltimore to match participant data to Maryland State administrative data. This matching process results in an analysis of how employment and wages change over time, before and after cohorts of jobseekers participate in workforce training.
Please join MPN's BWFC and the participating workforce non-profits for this hybrid briefing. Dr. Richard Clinch of the Jacob France Institute will present the findings from the most recent report issued in Spring 2024.
This program is for members and invited guests only.
