In January, the White House issued many executive orders with two having significant implications for nonprofits and the private sector related to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion practices and a federal pause on grants and loans. Of top concern is the federal grant pause that, although has been rescinded, has left many remaining questions.

On this call you will receive updates on recent federal policy decisions, how nonprofits in Maryland have been impacted, how nonprofits are responding, the State’s response, and key considerations for the philanthropic community. This meeting will also include time for a peer discussion about the ongoing philanthropic response. Speakers will be announced prior to the convening.
