Seniors & Housing Collaborative: Health and Housing

All funders are welcome to join the Seniors and Housing Collaborative to hear about housing models that coordinate the resources of social-service agencies, community health providers and nonprofit housing organizations to support older adults who choose to live independently at home.

In addition, we’ll hear about efforts to elevate Maryland legislators’ awareness on the need to pressure health care institutions to stimulate community health initiatives. 

Our speakers will be:

• Maddy Shea, PhD, Principal, HMA Community Strategies; and
• Nancy Eldridge, Executive Director at National Well Home Network.
