Funders Together to End Homelessness Baltimore Releases New Strategic Direction

The Funders Together to End Homelessness Baltimore at Maryland Philanthropy Network is pleased to launch its 2024-2026 Strategic Direction. FTEHB’s robust three-year plan outlines specific actions this funder network will carry out. FTEHB is committed to adapting to the changing circumstances of those who are unhoused; the realities faced by government leaders, public and private funding; and what it can learn from emerging best practices. The group’s members are excited to have come this far and recognize this as the beginning of a new chapter in their work together. Baltimore Community Foundation's 2023 Annual Report

Each year brings new opportunities for the Baltimore Community Foundation (BCF) to grow its presence and increase its positive impact in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. In 2023, after a period of significant growth at the foundation and after the intensity of the first couple of years of the COVID-19 pandemic had passed, the foundation turned its focus inward to develop and launch Inspire, its new strategic plan. Mourning the Passing of Patrice Cromwell, Vice President of the Annie E. Casey Foun­da­tion's Center for Economic Opportunity

The Annie E. Casey Foun­da­tion is sad­dened to share that Patrice Cromwell, vice pres­i­dent of the Foundation’s Cen­ter for Eco­nom­ic Oppor­tu­ni­ty, passed away on Aug. 27, 2024, after a long ill­ness. Cromwell, who spent near­ly 20 years at the Foun­da­tion, led its invest­ments to improve finan­cial sta­bil­i­ty and edu­ca­tion­al and eco­nom­ic prospects for chil­dren, young peo­ple and families.
