Defending our Environment: Activism and Action in Annapolis

With environmental protections under attack at the federal level, how have Maryland legislators responded? Campaigns to ban fracking, eliminate the use of polystyrene for food containers, and accelerate the reforestation of Maryland are among the legislation we will hear about during this debrief of the session. Our speakers will include Karla Raettig from the Maryland League of Conservation Voters and Rebecca Rehr from the Maryland Environmental Health Network.
