This peer group is focused on the effective practices in job training and retention for adults and youth as well as a continuum of issues surrounding successful employment and financial security for low-wage workers and vulnerable populations including, advancement of incumbent workers, job quality, equity and barriers to employment such as transportation, child care, and criminal records.
This peer group is focused on promoting and strengthening a dynamic arts scene in Maryland and engages and educates area funders about existing and emerging opportunities. Members interested in the arts and culture can build relationships with each other; share information; research and ideas; and learn together along with local and national experts.

Join Maryland Philanthropy Network for a peer learning exchange for funders supporting environmental and sustainability issues in Maryland! We take some time to integrate our learnings, share what we are thinking about and focusing on, and discuss our plans for the coming year. Lightly structured, these peer-to-peer exchange events are designed to integrate and learn from others in philanthropy through facilitation of the following: strategy sharing and exchange of ideas around what other funders are working on, stimulating new ways of thinking by sharing learnings and creating an environment conducive to discovery among the community of funders, and relationship building.
