The Baltimore Workforce Funders Collaborative (BWFC) Wage Record Study is an analysis of pre- and post-program employment and wages for individuals served by workforce development programs in the Baltimore Area. Part peer-exchange, part workshop, this program is designed for members to learn from several colleague organizations about their racial equity journeys, reflect on where your organization is in its journey, and unearth insights to take into your own work. The peer exchange will include discussion of building buy-in from the board and navigating differences between staff and board on this issue. We’ll also explore ideas around future MPN activities and what offerings/supports will help move you along your journey.
